Joan was such a pleasure to work with, making life so easy at the Institute with her smile & wonderful sense of humor, always pitching in to help everyone with their work and making it seem like fun, one of the best boss's I've ever had.  From one Brooklyn girl to another you were the best & will be surely missed.
