Frank Narcisco passed away on June 20, 2015. Visitation will be held on Monday June 22, 2015 & Tuesday June 23, 2015 between the hours of 2-5 pm & 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday June 24, 2015 10am at Holy Rosary Church. Interment will follow at Saint Raymond's Cemetery. A memorial luncheon will be held at Portofino Restaurant, City Island, NY following the funeral services.
